Slaveyko (Slavko) Arsov Kikiridkov was born in 1878 in Shtip's Novo Selo neighbourhood, then part of the Ottoman Empire. He received his primary education in his native village and also studied in Skopje and in Sofia in 1897–1898. In 1895 he swore allegiance to the revolutionary cause.

After completing his education, he worked as a teacher in Prilep, where he became a member of the leadership of the Prilep Revolutionary Committee.

In late 1899 he moved to Kichevo, where he began revolutionary activity. He was occasionally arrested and imprisoned, and in the autumn of 1901 he joined Marko Lerinski's detachment, travelling through the Kostur, Voden, Lerin and Bitola districts.

In 1902 he became voivode of an independent detachment in the Bitola district and then moved to the Resen district. Under his leadership, the villagers of Krushe drove out Asan Sekira's bandit gang. In Resen he established the organisation's first committees and actively participated in the Ilinden-Preobrazhenie Uprising.

In 1904 he returned to Macedonia with other detachments. On 9 July 1904, following a clash with the Turkish army, he died in battle in the village of Kokoshino near Gorno Gyugyantsi, killing himself after being wounded.

Slaveyko Arsov is known as a revolutionary and voivode of the Internal Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organisation who distinguished himself through devotion to the struggle to liberate the Bulgarian people from Ottoman rule.
