Sebastokrator Radoslav was a medieval Bulgarian aristocrat of the Smilets dynasty who held the title of sebastokrator in the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries. He was the middle of the three Smilets brothers: Smilets, Radoslav and Voysil.
The Smilets brothers are known in Bulgarian history for their struggles and ambitions for the Bulgarian throne, competing with the Terter dynasty at the turn of the fourteenth century. Smilets succeeded in taking the throne in 1292, after which Tatar hegemony grew stronger. Following his death, the Tatar Chaka ascended the throne. The brothers Radoslav and Voysil, who had connections with the Byzantine court, fled to Byzantium and from there began a struggle to restore their rights to the Bulgarian throne.
In 1300, after Chaka's overthrow and Theodore Svetoslav's accession, Radoslav laid claim to the throne and bore the title of "sebastokrator". He began a campaign towards Tarnovo with Byzantine and Bulgarian troops, but he was defeated, captured and blinded by Aldimir, Theodore Svetoslav's uncle. The brothers' family possessions were granted to Aldimir, probably as a reward for his loyalty.
Little is known of Radoslav's subsequent fate, but he probably died in exile with his brother Voysil in Byzantium.
