Title: Voivode
Active from: 1879
Period: Ottoman rule
Yane Bitsov Nikolov, also known as Yane Loshiya or Loshiyot, was a Bulgarian revolutionary and IMARO commander in Tikvesh.
Born around 1850 in Mokreni near Kastoria, then in the Ottoman Empire, he operated with Nacho Nikov of Mokreni, Hristo Shotov and Nikola Filov of Zagorichani, and Pavli Kapitana in Stefo Kosturchanets's band.
He actively participated in the Kresna–Razlog Uprising in 1879 with Pavle Yankov's band. He joined IMARO and was district commander in Tikvesh by 1905. On 11 April 1905, he entered Macedonia en route to the Kastoria region with his own band and Boris Iliev's. Disagreements within the organisation's leadership forced him to return in August, but he was subsequently sent out again.
