Vlad Nenov Pashov was a Bulgarian merchant and revolutionary born in 1836 in Poibrene village, Pazardzhik Province. After his father and elder brother died, he began trading livestock in the villages of Uzundzhovo, Edirne and Constantinople. Over time, he amassed a considerable fortune.

Vlad Nenov Pashov took an active part in preparing the April Uprising and was a delegate to the Oborishte Assembly. He gave all his material wealth to the revolutionary committee and financed almost all the horses of Georgi Benkovski's Flying Detachment. On Benkovski's orders, he formed a mounted unit and defeated the Circassians at the Belchevtsi hamlet in the Veliko Tarnovo region.

After the uprising was suppressed, Pashov maintained a small detachment until the outbreak of the Russo-Turkish War of 1877–1878. He died on 25 July 1931.
