Totyo Kolev, called Kolimechkata, was a Bulgarian revolutionary active in Tanyo Voyvoda's detachment in 1876.

According to reports, Totyo Kolev was among Tanyo Voyvoda's fighters who joined the force as early as Turnu Măgurele. He arrived in Oltenița with Velyo Vasilev, probably before the other fighters. After the detachment was defeated, Totyo was arrested and a purse of gold coins was found on him. This led his captors to conclude that he had been the detachment's treasurer, and they subjected him to brutal torture, including blinding him in one eye, to make him reveal where the rest of the committee's money was.

Despite these sufferings, Totyo Kolev survived and lived to see the Liberation. It is not known exactly where he lived and worked afterwards.
