Ichirgu-boil Stazis held a military command during the reign of Prince Boris I. Little information about him survives beyond the duties associated with his title. Ichirgu-boil ranked immediately below kavhan. Its holder commanded the army's right wing. Another of the ichirgu-boil's duties was occasionally to serve as a diplomatic envoy.
One specific piece of information about Stazis is that he entered Prince Boris's family in the Cividale Gospel. This Gospel was subsequently sent to the pope.
