Sibin
Title: Kan
Accession: 763
End of rule: 764
After Khan Telets’s death, Khan Sivin ascended the throne. He was Khan Kormisosh’s son-in-law. His efforts focused on pursuing a peaceful policy towards Byzantium and concluding an armistice. These actions were opposed by Bulgarian aristocrats who were strongly hostile to the empire. Sensing that his life was in danger, Khan Sivin fled to Nesebar and from there went over to the Byzantine side.
