Mihail (Mihal) Hristov Radoslavov was a Bulgarian national revolutionary and educator of the National Revival, born in 1848 in Lovech in the Ottoman Empire. He was the son of the teacher Hristo Popovich and the brother of Vasil Radoslavov and Yurdana Radoslavova.

Mihail completed his education in Lovech in 1867 and began teaching in various towns, including Gabrovo, Teteven, Sopot, Lovech, Shumen and Eski Dzhumaya, now Targovishte. In 1872–1873 he was one of the founders and chairmen of the Eski Dzhumaya Local Revolutionary Committee.

In April 1873, Mihail Radoslavov was arrested and taken to Ruse Prison for revolutionary activity. In early 1875 he was sentenced and exiled to Konya, Turkey, where he taught at the local Greek school. Following the amnesty that came after the Treaty of San Stefano between Russia and the Ottoman Empire, he returned to Lovech.

Mihail Radoslavov married the Serbian teacher Ana Predić and continued working as a lawyer, judge and education official in Lovech until his death in 1895.
