Title: Voivode
Active from: 1880
Period: Ottoman rule

Kostadin Deliolana, also known as Deli Olana or Karlukovski, was a Bulgarian hajduk and revolutionary active in the Ottoman Empire in the late nineteenth century. He was born in the village of Karlakovo in the Zihna region.

In 1880, he joined the detachment of Georgi Zimbilev, known by the nickname Zimbil Voivode. In the early summer of 1883, Deliolana's detachment, consisting of around 10–15 men, crossed from Bulgaria into the Ottoman Empire. On 25 June 1883, it took part alongside other detachments in the battle around Teshovo in the Nevrokop region. It subsequently also fought Ottoman troops at Gorno and Dolno Brodi in the Serres region.

He also operated in the area of the village of Veznik, where, together with like-minded men such as Filip Tsvetanov and Milyu Voivode, he carried out attacks against the Turks in Bozdag and the Karlukovo Plain. During one such raid, they combined their detachments with that of Zimbil Voivode and jointly attacked the village of Kalapot, where they took money from the local notable Dimko Pandev.
