Kosta Hristov Popov, known as Popeto, was a Bulgarian revolutionary, chiefly known for his activity in the Internal Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organisation (IMARO) and as a Gevgelija voivode.

He was born on 21 April 1862 in the village of Smokvitsa in the Gevgelija district, then in the Ottoman Empire. Popeto completed the second primary class and became a fighter under the Veles hajduk voivode Stoyan Mohadzhira. During the Ilinden-Preobrazhenie Uprising, he was deputy voivode to Andrey Dokurchev. He also participated in burning the Krushevo gendarmerie barracks and defending the Krushevo Republic.

In the spring of 1911, weapons supplied by the Supremists under Colonel Stefan Nikolov's leadership enabled Popeto to enter Macedonia. In the summer of that year he was district voivode of a detachment in the Gevgelija district. Popeto also participated in other events, such as the battles on Nozhot Peak and the Popadiya Hills.

During the First Balkan War, Popeto's detachment became Partisan Platoon No. 41 of the Macedonian-Adrianople Volunteer Corps and joined the fighting in the Kozhuh Mountains.

In 1941, after the liberation of Vardar Macedonia in April, Kosta Popeto participated in the large Ilinden celebrations alongside Tane Nikolov.
