Title: Voivode
Active from: 1878
Active until: 1883
Period: Ottoman rule

Kostadin (Kocho, Kosta) Kukulich was a Bulgarian hajduk of Vlach descent who lived in the Vlach village of Ramna in the Valovishta region during the second half of the nineteenth century, when it was part of the Ottoman Empire. He became a commander in 1878 and frequently operated with his band around Belasitsa. That year, he killed the notorious Turkish oppressor Hadzhi Belyal in a clash with Ottoman troops. In August 1879, with a hundred men, he defeated the forty Albanian fighters of Abas, a karsardar, or local security commander. After a fierce battle in which Kukulich's band suffered no losses, thirty Albanians were killed and the remainder captured. Only Abas escaped.

In 1880, he settled with his family in the refugee neighbourhood of Beshik Mahala in Dupnitsa, Bulgaria. In spring 1883, he took part in an attack on Maklen, was wounded and died soon afterwards.
