Khan Irkhan was the second ruler of Volga Bulgaria. He was the son of Khan Kotrag and brother of Ishkul. Like his ancestors, he belonged to the Dulo clan. He is known to have strengthened the country's position in the Middle Volga region during his reign. There he ruled from the capital of the time, Great Bolgar. His son Tuki is considered to have succeeded him.
