Dimitar Ivanov Zaneshev, known as Dimitrush, was a Bulgarian educational activist and revolutionary who led the Edessa committee of the Internal Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organisation.

He was born on 21 January 1876 in Edessa, then in the Ottoman Empire, into the prominent local Zaneshev family of National Revival activists, the son of Ivan Zaneshev. His family was known for its active participation in the Bulgarian educational movement and its support for the town's Bulgarian church.

Zaneshev actively participated in the struggle to liberate Macedonia. In 1903, he led IMARO in the Edessa region and served in the main insurgent headquarters of the Kozhuh revolutionary district. After the Ilinden–Preobrazhenie Uprising, he participated in various organisational activities and continued the struggle to liberate the Bulgarian lands.

During the First World War, he worked in the military commandant's office in Feres. After the war, he left Greek-occupied Aegean Macedonia and settled in Sofia, later moving to Mesembria, where he actively helped organise the Macedonian community and charitable assistance for refugees.

Dimitar Zaneshev died in Sofia in 1962. He was an important figure in the Macedonian liberation movement and one of the leading figures in the Macedonian people's struggle for freedom. In recognition and respect for his work, commemorative plaques have been installed and streets named after him in various Bulgarian towns.
