Delcho Ivanov Oliverov, or Uliverov, was a Bulgarian revolutionary and participant in the April Uprising.

He was born in 1825 or 1833 in Poibrene village near Panagyurishte. He was educated at his native village's church school and became one of the community's leading figures. During Vasil Levski's visit to the village, he met him and assumed leadership of the local revolutionary committee. He also founded a committee in the neighbouring village of Belitsa in the Ihtiman region and represented Poibrene at the Oborishte Assembly.

During the April Uprising, he led a group of between 30 and 40 mounted men from the village who joined Georgi Benkovski's detachment. After the uprising ended, he was captured and tortured in Plovdiv's Tash Kapia prison. He accepted full responsibility for organising the uprising in the village.

After the Liberation in 1878, Elcho Oliverov failed to recover his health and fell into poverty. He died on 5 January 1894 in his native village.
