Delcho Dimitrov Kotsev was a Bulgarian revolutionary known as the Kočani voivode of the Internal Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organisation.
He was born in Harmanli in 1876, when it was part of the Ottoman Empire, but had family roots in Pirot. He completed his education at the Ironworking School in Samokov. In 1897, he helped establish the Trayko Kitanchev Secret Revolutionary Circle and became its chairman. There, he worked with other future revolutionaries, including Nikola Dechev, Velko Mikov, Nikola Zhekov and others.
In 1900, he joined Hristo Chernopeev's detachment, and in 1901–1902 he served under Georgi Kondolov. In early 1903, he returned to Macedonia as voivode of his own detachment. He organised supplies of ammunition and weapons from Bulgaria and fought a prolonged engagement with Turkish soldiers while entering Macedonia for the Ilinden–Preobrazhenie Uprising. Kotsev's detachment participated in a major battle against the Turks near Preseka village in the Kočani region.
After the uprising ended, he returned to Bulgaria and remained actively involved in the Internal Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organisation. Delcho Kotsev died in 1956.
