He subsequently served in the detachments of Hristo Chernopeev and Ivan Naumov Alyabaka in the Kičevo and Veles regions.
In August 1907, Andreev became district voivode in the Veles region. After the Young Turk Revolution in July 1908, he returned to Sofia, but rejoined the revolutionary movement when IMARO resumed its activities in 1909. In May 1911, he again led a detachment in the Veles region, and in 1912 he operated with Tane Nikolov's detachment in the Thessaloniki and Yenidje Vardar regions.
He participated in the First Balkan War, the Second Balkan War and the First World War in partisan units organised and led by IMARO. During the First World War, he helped suppress the Toplica Uprising under Mihail Dumbalakov's command.
After 1918, he withdrew from active revolutionary work and settled in Sofia, where he died in 1928.
