Petar Hristov Yurukov was a Bulgarian revolutionary and voivode of the Internal Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organisation.
He was born in 1878 or on 19 December 1882 in Karlovo, Eastern Rumelia. He completed the fourth grade in Karlovo and continued his education in Plovdiv and at the Ironworking School in Samokov, where he became chairman of the Trayko Kitanchev revolutionary circle. He joined the Internal Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organisation (IMARO), trained in Mihail Apostolov–Popeto's detachment and became secretary of the Doiran district detachment under Gotse Delchev.
In 1901, he operated in the Radoviš and Strumica regions and later served as Mihail Popeto's secretary in the Edessa region. In 1902, he participated in the Miss Stone Affair. In February 1902, he entered the Tikveš region with a detachment to restore the routes from Strumica and Radoviš to Prilep. He defeated Doncho Zlatkov's detachment in battle, although questions remained about the reason for the engagement.
During the Ilinden–Preobrazhenie Uprising, he and other voivodes belonged to the main insurgent headquarters of the Kozhuh revolutionary district. He participated in several battles in the Tikveš region and showed considerable skill in handling bombs and explosive devices.
After the uprising, he became voivode of Kruševo, leaving Hristo Guvev from Koshani in the Tikveš region as his deputy.
