Kan Mugel

Mugel ruled the Kutrigurs after 530. When his brother Grod tried to impose Christianity in the country, Mugel led a revolt against him and assumed power. He captured the city of Bosporus, near the Kutrigurs. In the 520 s, however, the approach of a substantial Byzantine army forced Mugel to leave the city and withdraw.
