Georgi Ivanov Spirkov, known as Gyore Lenishtanets and Gyore Morihovski, was a Bulgarian revolutionary and Prilep voivode of the Internal Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organisation.

He was born in 1870 in the village of Lenishte in the Prilep district, now in the northern part of the Republic of North Macedonia but then part of the Ottoman Empire. Gyore Spirkov received no education. In 1899 he began revolutionary activity and became a member of the Internal Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organisation (IMARO). He headed Lenishte's village revolutionary committee.

From late 1900 to 1903, Gyore Spirkov spent time in prison for his revolutionary activities. He then became a fighter under Petar Atsev and actively participated in the Ilinden-Preobrazhenie Uprising.

After the uprising was suppressed, Gyore Spirkov was appointed a regional voivode. In 1905 he participated in a meeting with Gligor Sokolović that had serious consequences for the Macedonian revolutionary movement.

In July 1907 Gyore Spirkov took part in the Battle of Nozhot with Mircho Naydenov's other Prilep detachment. During this battle, in which the detachment was surrounded by Turkish regular troops, Gyore Spirkov was seriously wounded. He killed himself on 15 August (28 August New Style) 1907 to avoid falling into enemy hands.
