Georgi Hristov Ralev, known as Svekyancheto or Skarsheniya, was a Bulgarian revolutionary and Krushevo voivode of the Internal Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organisation (IMARO).

He was born in 1875 in the village of Sveta in the Demir Hisar district, then part of the Ottoman Empire and now in North Macedonia. He joined IMARO and in 1902 became a fighter under Velko Markov. During the Ilinden-Preobrazhenie Uprising in the summer of 1903, he was voivode of his native village's militia within Ivan Naumov's force, whose leader was known as Alyabaka.

After the uprising he became a fighter under Gyurchin Naumov. In 1907 he participated in the Battle of Nozhot as a member of Alyabaka's detachment. He subsequently became deputy to the Krushevo regional voivode Blazhe Krastev, called Birincheto. He died in 1911 at the locality of Vodenitsite between the villages of Buchin and Sveta.

During the Second World War, Bulgarian soldiers were buried beside the graves of Georgi Ralev and his fighter Kuzman Angelov in the Bulgarian military cemetery in Sveta. Their heroic deeds and sacrifice have been commemorated and honoured by later generations.
