Georgi Kondolov, also known as Dyado Zhelyu, was a Bulgarian revolutionary and voivode of the Internal Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organisation (IMARO). Born in 1858 in the village of Velika in the Malko Tarnovo district, then part of the Ottoman Empire, he joined the revolutionary movement and became an important figure in the organisation.

Georgi Kondolov, or Dyado Zhelyu, was head of a local school in Burgas and a well-known master carpenter. He participated in various revolutionary activities, including serving as voivode of detachments in the Strandzha Mountains and the Kratovo district.

In late 1902 Georgi Kondolov participated in the Ilinden-Preobrazhenie Uprising. He commanded the detachment assigned to destroy the Turkish garrison in Paspalovo. During the uprising he was wounded and, suffering unbearable pain, subsequently asked his fighters to kill him. His fighters and the local population gave him a solemn burial.
