Evstatiy Shkornov, known as Deacon Evstatiy or the Black Voivode, was a Bulgarian revolutionary who distinguished himself as a voivode of the Internal Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organisation in the Resen district.
Shkornov was born in 1873 in the large village of Nestram in the Kostur district, now in Greece. During the First World War, Evstatiy served on the staff of the 11th Macedonian Division. He subsequently participated in the unification congress of the Macedonian Federative Organisation and the Union of Macedonian Emigrant Organisations in January 1923.
