Dimitar Georgiev Lazarov was a Bulgarian revolutionary and an active member of the Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organisation (IMRO).

Lazarov was born in Radomir. In 1912, at the outbreak of the Balkan War, he volunteered for the Macedonian-Adrianople Volunteer Corps, which fought to liberate the Macedonian and Thracian Bulgarians from Ottoman rule.

He also fought in the First World War as a senior non-commissioned officer in the 26th Pernik Infantry Regiment. In 1915 he received the Order for Bravery, Fourth Class, for his outstanding performance in battles against Serbian, British and French forces.

After the wars Lazarov joined the detachments of Petar Kostov, known as Pashata. On 6 August 1925, the detachment in which he served fought Serbian military units at Gorna Drachevitsa in the Tikveš region. The detachment's voivode, its secretary Petar Stanchev and Dimitar Lazarov himself were killed in the fighting. Their sacrifice expressed their commitment to the struggle to liberate the Bulgarian lands from foreign rule.
